Welcome! I’m Mustafa Akpinar, a Ph.D. Candidate and Lecturer in Communication Science at Radboud University. My research explores the intersection of culture and health communication, focusing on Turkish-Dutch citizens in the Netherlands.
Drawing on my diverse background in Finance, Theology, and Communication and Information Studies, I am currently exploring the effectiveness of mass-mediated health campaigns among three generations of Turkish-Dutch citizens.
As a lecturer, I teach research methodology, statistics, and intercultural communication courses. I’m also passionate about time management, which led me to author “Effectief omgaan met je tijd: 50 tips om slim en productief te werken.”
Bridging academia and practice, I offer workshops and coaching in which I apply my research and teaching experience to real-world scenarios.
